A Family Dream Begins
Our journey began after moving to Sammamish in 2001 and raising four children in the community. Cooking and welcoming guests at home became a way to share Lebanese culture with friends and neighbors. After years of encouragement from guests asking for a Lebanese restaurant, the decision was made to open a place that shares those family traditions with the community.
Authentic Lebanese Cooking
The menu reflects traditional Lebanese cuisine prepared with fresh ingredients and time-honored methods. It features a wide range of mezze, fresh salads, grilled specialties, and classic desserts. Ingredients are carefully sourced, including olive oil, olives, cheeses, spices, teas, and fresh produce, along with 100% halal beef, lamb, and halal chicken.
A Menu Designed For Everyone
Creating a welcoming place for guests with dietary needs was an important part of the concept. Because celiac disease affects members of the family, the restaurant focuses on offering halal and celiac-friendly options. Fresh pita is made from scratch and baked in a dedicated oven, while house-made spreads have become popular throughout the Seattle area.

Today the restaurant welcomes guests at three Washington locations, each offering the same authentic Lebanese cuisine and warm hospitality.
